Annual General Meeting

The meeting will occur virtually on Zoom and in person at the Outlook Legion Hall. To be eligible for door prizes you must preregister.

ELECTION FOR TWO DIRECTOR POSITIONS:

Four nominations were received for two Director positions. The Election for Directors is set to occur between April 29 – May 8, 2026. Full details regarding election procedure, voting, and candidate bios are available by CLICKING HERE. Voting ends at 5:00pm (Sask. Time) on May 8, 2026.

The candidates are (in order of nominations received):

1. Meagan Eliason      3. Ed Spigott
2. Paul Saelhof           4. Melanie Dyck

RESOLUTIONS

There are three resolutions that will be considered and voted on at 2026 Annual General Meeting.

• Resolution 1- Electronic & Hybrid Board & Member Meetings
• Resolution 2- Associate Appointments for Newly Acquired Locations
• Resolution 3 - Membership Eligibility (Minimum Age)

ANNUAL REPORT

Riverbend Co-operative's 2025 Annual Report will be posted to THIS LINK in the second week of May. Copies will be made available at the Annual General Meeting. Following the meeting, copies will be available and at our Administrative Office (101 Sask. Ave. East) in Outlook.
