Annual General Meeting

The meeting will occur virtually on Zoom and in person at the Outlook Legion Hall. To be eligible for door prizes you must preregister.

ELECTION FOR TWO DIRECTOR POSITIONS:

Four nominations were received for three Director positions. The Election for Directors will occur between May 8 – 13, 2025. Full details regarding election procedure, polling locations, and candidate bios are available by CLICKING HERE. There will be NO further voting after regular business hours on May 13th, 2025.

The candidates are (in order of nominations received):

1. Wendy Sekulich
2. Carman Fowler
3. Dixie Dean

RESOLUTIONS

There is one special resolution that will be considered and voted on at 2025 Annual General Meeting.

ANNUAL REPORT

Riverbend Co-operative's 2024 Annual Report will be posted to THIS LINK in the second week of May. Copies will be made available at the Annual General Meeting. Following the meeting, copies will be available and at our Administrative Office (101 Sask. Ave. East) in Outlook.
