Annual General Meeting

The meeting will occur virtually on Zoom and in person at the Outlook Legion Hall. To be eligible for door prizes you must preregister.

ELECTION FOR THREE DIRECTOR POSITIONS:

Four nominations were received for three Director positions. The Election for Directors will occur between April 3 – 9, 2024. Full details regarding election procedure, polling locations, and candidate bios are available by CLICKING HERE.

There will be NO further voting after regular business hours on April 9th.

The candidates are (in order of nominations received):

1. Lana Palmer-Low
2. Keith A. LePoudre
3. Carman Fowler
4. Jason Low

RESOLUTIONS 

There are three resolutions that will be considered and voted on at 2024 Annual General Meeting.

• Resolution 1— Bylaw change Qualifications of Directors

• Resolution 2 — Bylaw change Qualifications of Directors.

• Resolution 3 — Number of Directors

Annual Report

Riverbend Co-operative's 2023 Annual Report will be posted to THIS LINK in the first week of April. Copies will be made available at the Annual General Meeting. Following the meeting, copies will be available and at our Administrative Office (101 Sask. Ave. East) in Outlook.
