Riverbend Membership Information for Young Co-op Members
With Young Co-op set to dissolve and management of the Young Co-op Farm Supply location transferring to Riverbend Co-op, individuals who wish to earn equity at the Young location, use the Cardlock, or charge purchases to an account must become Riverbend Co-op members and complete a Riverbend-specific Credit Application.
There are two Riverbend Membership Applications available:
- One for individuals and non-corporate business entities
- One for corporate entities
Please select the application that best suits your needs.
Like the membership application there are two type of Credit Applications. One for individuals and non-corporate entities; and a second for Corporate Credit.

Unfortunately, Cardlock cards linked to Young Co-op memberships cannot be transferred to Riverbend Co-op memberships. To ensure uninterrupted access to Cardlock services, members will need to complete a new Cardlock Application and a Credit Application. Please submit these forms as soon as possible, as card setup, printing, and mailing require processing time.
There is 1 cardlock application for both individuals and corporate members.
