Orders will be filled on first come, first served basis. Same day delivery/pickup might not be available.
Please be specific with your order. Example: instead of orange juice, order Tropicana, No Pulp, 1.73L.
Orders under $50.00 will be subject to a $5.00 delivery fee (does not apply to seniors).
Where possible, please place your order with weekly quantities to help us with efficiency.
If Ordering in Outlook:
If you are ordering for pick-up or delivery from our Outlook Food Store you can now do all your shopping online at SHOP.CRS you'll find the experience more convenient and easier to navigate.
Parking lot pickup at the store - please call the store when you are in the parking lot, provide your vehicle information, your order will be delivered to your vehicle.
No contact delivery policy - The delivery driver will call you when they are at your house. Please put payment outside. Your payment will be collected and order will be left outside the door.
Please limit your order to necessities. We are unable to accept RETURNS at this time.

If you don't receive your complete order, its because the product is not in stock.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent when the order is sent to store.
For e-transfer payments, we will call you with your total. Payment needs to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put in the comments sections of the e-transfer "delivery" and your Co-op number.
